1. Our requirements for Retail and Customer Service Partner:
a) Experience and channel resources in sales of garden tools, power tools, lawn mower robots, electronic products, etc.;
b) Customer service capabilities and experience, with engineering and technical personnel in the team who can solve technical problems;
c) Office or store, storage space;
d) Good business reputation and cooperative spirit,Passionate about the robot lawn mower industry.
2. The support we will provide:
a) Training and guidance: comprehensive product and technical knowledge training to help you quickly master product technical knowledge and improve customer service. At the same time, the professional technical team at the headquarters will provide continuous product maintenance and after-sales support.
b) Marketing support: provide marketing materials, online and offline event support to help your sales performance.
